Order Processing

Ready-to-ship wigs are processed within 1-3 ** business days** after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Custom and made-to-order wigs require 7-14 ** business days/weeks** to prepare. Please check the product description for the processing time that applies to your wig.

Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Shipping Rates and Delivery

We currently ship Domestic and International . Shipping charges and available delivery options are shown at checkout.

After your order ships, estimated delivery is 3- ** business days** for standard shipping. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, or weather.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow time for the carrier to update your tracking status.

Shipping Address

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at contact us link. We will try to update the address before shipment, but changes cannot be guaranteed once your order has been processed.

If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.

Delayed, Missing, or Damaged Packages

If your package is delayed, appears lost, arrives damaged, or is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact us at Contact us link with your order number.

For damaged packages, please keep the packaging and include photos of the package and item so we can help investigate and resolve the issue.

International Orders

If international shipping is available, customs processing may extend delivery times. Any applicable import duties or taxes that are not collected at checkout are the customer’s responsibility.
